Being the third generation pet groomer, and over 15 years behind the table, Raquel brings her love for this job, compassion and knowledge every day for her clients. Specializing in behavior modification, anxiety, senior pets, and cats. Raquel is one of the owners of R & R Pets, helping to drive this family business after taking over side by side with her sister Rhyan from their mother, Heather. She thrives on giving pet owners the best possible care for their pets, both dogs & cats and believes your pets grooming career should be a partnership between owner and professional. She is always continuing her education by participating in seminars, even teaching them and leading many new groomers in the field. She regularly attends AKC Dog Shows making sure she’s keeping up with breed standards, and has many breeds under her belt she grooms for show making her wide range of skills a great asset for caring for your pets. She promises each pet that comes into her care, is like family.

Kathryn Tollifson

Being in the pet industry for over 9 years working her way from boarding attendant, to bather, and now to fully trained dog groomer, Kathryn is always motivated to learn more.Comfortable with many breed, she has a special place for pugs, shih tzus, and poodles. Her favorite part of the job is working with the shy ones and nothing makes her smile more than when a timid dog gives her the smallest sign of affection. She always strives to make each groom and every pets experience better than the last.

Carly is a dedicated professional groomer who brings a thoughtful, individualized approach to every pet she works with. With previous experience as a veterinary assistant, she gained valuable insight into animal behavior, handling, and wellbeing—knowledge that continues to guide her grooming practices today. One of her favorite aspects of grooming is building strong, lasting trust with both the pet and owner. She believes that successful grooming is about more than just a cute hairdo—it’s about ensuring each pet leaves the shop feeling safe, respected, and cared for. For Carly, nothing is more rewarding than watching a once-fearful pet return with bright eyes and a wagging tail.
