What Do I Need To Bring For My Pets Stay?
We ask that all you bring for your pets stay is their regular daily diet, any bones or treats they are used to having on a regular basis. Any light bedding or toys they prefer is also great! We ask that you don’t supply any new diet changes that may cause an upset stomach. We clean & sanitize all our dishes and large bedding that we happily provide so we ask for those items to stay home.
What Does My Pets Day Look Like During Their Stay?
Pets are in their suites for bed time, breakfast & dinner. The rest of their day is all about fun and comfort! We typically have a potty break right away to stretch their legs, followed by breakfast and a small rest to let their food settle. Followed by another potty break. We are “Open Play” format for playtime so your pet is paired with a group of like minded dogs to mingle with for the day. If they prefer to be solo for the day, that’s ok too! We will provide your pet with individual time with our staff for one on one time. In the summer months we go for walks, and even play in the pool! Winter time, we like to play ball and have extra toys to play with! Outside time & bathroom breaks in our outdoor area throughout their day as well. We break for dinner time, followed by a couple more potty breaks, then it’s off to bed!
Can Both My Dogs Stay Together?
Yes, absolutely! If your pets prefer to sleep and are okay to eat together, they are welcome to share a suite.
What Discounts Are Available?
We offer extended stay discounts starting a 7 night stay for a percentage off the entire stay. We also offer a multiple pet stay for all pets staying in the same suite. All discounts are automatically added for your convenience. Feel free to ask us for a stay total estimate!
Can My Puppy Come To Daycare?
Yes, we love babies! Daycare is a great way to socialize your puppy in a structured, friendly environment. We ask that all babies are up to date on all age appropriate vaccines.
My Dog Isn’t Fixed, Is That Okay?
Yes! We are Unaltered Friendly! To prevent any and all accidents, intact animals will have solo interactive play with our staff!
Do You Have Packages?
Sure do! You’re welcome to choose from any options for daycare passes. We offer a punchcard system for 5 days, 10 days or a monthly unlimited pass, all at a discounted rate. You’re also welcome to pay as you go!
Can My Dog Be Groomed While At DayCare or During Their Stay?
Yes! We are happy to add any grooming service while they are here!
When Should I Schedule My Puppies First Grooming Session?
We recommend all babies see us for their first “Puppy Basics” grooming session around 12-16 weeks of age. This session is required for all puppies for their first visit with us, as this service acts as an introduction to their lifelong grooming career. Your pets grooming career is a learned behavior & experience and we want to be sure all babies leave us happy & healthy.
Do You Take Walks Ins, Or Do I Need An Appointment?
We require appointments for all services, drop offs, and pick ups. You’re welcome to book here online, give us a call or reach us on Facebook. We sometimes have same day appointments available, ask us!
I Need To Purchase Retail, When Can I?
If you’re looking to purchase pet food, treats, or supplies you’re welcome to stop in 7 days a week 8am-11am or 5-6pm. If you miss us, you’re also welcome to place an order with us during those hours, and we will have your items waiting for you to pick up at your convenience! We take Venmo, can process a card online, send an invoice or use a saved card on file in your account!
